For agencies
One booking setup, reused on every client site.
Build the integration once: the component, the styling, the agent instructions, the setup script. Reuse it for the next client. Each client gets their own account, admin and Mollie payments.
What you build once
-
The component, styled once
The booking form takes the site’s font and your CSS variables. A small stylesheet per brand is all the design system you need.
-
A setup script or a prompt
Services, staff, schedules, opening hours and webhooks go in through the management API. The second client is a config file, not a project.
-
Agent instructions that travel
Keep AGENTS.md, the Claude Code skill and the MCP config in your starter repo. Every developer on the team then sets up a client the same way.
-
Your own booking page
If the design needs more than the booking form, use the public API: your components, the nisebookings engine, prices and availability checked on the server.
What each client gets
-
Their own account
Their own services, bookings, customers and data. Nothing mixes between clients.
-
Their own admin
Calendar, customers, payments and sent mail, in Dutch or English. Theirs to run without calling you.
-
Their own login
Invite your client from Settings → Team: they set their own password and see only the menu their role allows, while you keep working in the same account with your own login.
-
Their own payments
Online payments land in the client’s own Mollie account. You never hold their money.
-
Their own way out
Everything they have is readable through the API. A client who leaves, leaves with their data.
Where the agency workspace stands
Built: switching between the accounts you work in, creating a client project — in the dashboard or from code with a key (`POST /api/v1/projects`) — inviting your client into it with their own login and role, and handing it over: make the client an owner, then remove your own access in one step (Settings → Team). The project then runs on Free until the client takes a plan of their own. Not built yet: moving the subscription with the handover — that waits on the payment rail.
What it costs you
Five client accounts in the Agency plan. Per client, that works out like this:
-
€ 9.80 per client site
Agency is € 49 for five accounts. What you charge your client for a booking module is a line on your own invoice.
-
No per-seat cost
Add every colleague of every client as staff. Staff, rooms and resources are unlimited in Pro and Agency.
-
Past five
An extra client account is € 9 a month, on the same invoice.
